Honestly, my installation and initial encounters were always pleasant. I prefer working with Titan, especially the Nashville manager Caitlin. Caitlin at Titan was quick and responsive. She had a tech scheduled in minutes and out to fix the problem that week. In addition, living in a small town, I appreciate feeling and being treated like a value customer (not just another billed account). I can not speak for other areas across the US, but the Nashville area service is superb. Call Titan AND NOT VECTOR East Coast customer service line to avoid headaches.
